We are glad that you are thinking about getting involved in Children's Ministries at Colonial. You will find it to be a rewarding experience as you serve Christ by serving His children.

Before You Begin:

Please be aware that certain positions require agreement with our "Leadership Agreement." These positions include ministry directors and lead classroom teachers. Be sure and read through the Leadership Agreement if you are interested in teaching or directing. Contact us if you have any questions regarding which positions require the leadership agreement.

Application

Before you begin, please have the following information ready:

• Name, address, phone and email address for two adult references who are not related to you
• Driver's License
• Social Security Number (We perform criminal background checks on all of our volunteers. This is the only reason we need this infoormation, and we keep it absolutely secure.
